Scrutopia Book Club - I Drink Therefore I am - Friday 18th December 2020

'In my life, at least, wine has been the one reliable and much repeated peacemaker. It is obvious to me that we must be faithful to it, rejoice in it and laugh at the fools who forbid it'

Join us on Friday 18th December at 2pm for our next online book club meeting. We are absolutely delighted to announce that  Professor Barry Smith, Director of the Institute of Philosophy, London will be leading the discussion. Prof. Smith is a British philosopher,  author of Questions of Taste and previously a colleague from Birkberk. He wrote a short memorial piece for The World of Fine Wine in February, click HERE to read.
